Globus Infocom and Government of Haryana come together to train Teachers for Digital Learning in Government Schools of Haryana

 

 

Noida – Globus Infocom, a leading education technology company recently collaborated with the Haryana Government to conduct a Teacher’s Training workshop in Government schools under Directorate of School Education, Govt. Of Haryana to educateGovernment teachers about the advanced classroom technology and it’s benefits in today’s era. The training has been executed in 22 districts of Haryana which is running in two phases. The first phase has been completed in 137 schools and approximately 900 teachers were trained in the phase 1.

The objective of the activity is to ensure proper & optimal utilization of digital devices installed in the Government schools of Haryana for enhanced learning outcomes. The whole training was designed around exploring how to imply technology smoothly into the regular pedagogy of Government Schools& how to overcome the challenges teachers face with the technology adaptation. The detailed training sessions delivered by experts from Globus Infocom simplified the technical bits to the teachers and guided them towards the maximum utilization of technology for the optimal results in the classrooms. Teachers got to understand different platforms, tools & resources available with the digital solutions which will help them in creating an enriching classroom environment.

The training was conducted in slots of 40-50 teachers based upon the different groups of teachers ranging from PGTs, TGTs to Subject experts. Principals of schools also became a part of the training workshop to understand the impact of Digital Learning in classrooms.

Globus Infocom provided Training completion certificates to the teachers who participated in the workshop to boost their moral and encourage them to apply technology in classrooms avidly.
