Gangtok: Governor of Sikkim, Shri Ganga Prasad released a book ‘Design Your Career’ written by Shri Deepak Verma at Raj Bhavan. The book is a compendium of diverse tools by many researchers to help plan any career in a structured manner. The self-help guide is designed to help identify ones talent and strength to make and design a successful career. Knowledge, confidence and clarity as identified by the author as the KCC Matrix talks about how to gain knowledge, clarity and confidence by working upon ones strengths, learning, development and practice.
Deepak Kumar Verma has twenty five years of working experience as a pharmaceutical healthcare professional executive and presently employed with Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. near Rangpo at 3rd Mile, Bhasmey, East Sikkim. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Science with Honours in chemistry. He also has a strategic management & leadership excellence certification from IIM Rhotak. Deepak Verma is also a certified life coach trainer and recipient of Top 50 Smart Healthcare Leaders Award at Dubai in 2018. He is presently settled in Mumbai.
