Govt revises advisory to use Hydroxychloroquine for asymptomatic health care & front line workers

New Delhi: Health Ministry yesterday issued revised advisory for use of Hydroxychloroquine, HCQ as prophylaxis, preventive treatment, for COVID-19.

Under it, HCQ has now been recommended also for asymptomatic health care workers in non-COVID settings and for all asymptomatic health care workers involved in containment and treatment of COVID-19.
