GPC Kupwara extends date for filing of claims, objections

Kupwara: According to Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kupwara, who is also Election Authority Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (GPC) Kupwara, the dates for revised schedule for preparation of Electoral Rolls with respect to 01 January, 2021 as qualifying date for the conduct of Gurdwara Prabandhak is as follows.

The filing of claims and objections under rule 7 has been extended up to April 07, 2021, disposal of claims and objections under rule 7 can be made in between April 8 to April 13, while publication of final electoral rolls under rule 7 is April 16.

As per the notification, the concerned Tehsildars have been directed to publish the Electoral Rolls through concerned booth level officers at respective Polling Stations for calling claims and objections for inclusion/ deletion/ transposition and correction of names in the GPC Draft Electoral Rolls.
