Grade X Students from VidyaGyan – Rural Leadership Academy Achieve Steller Results in CBSE Board Results

 

Noida: VidyaGyan, a leadership academy for economically underprivileged, meritorious students from rural Uttar Pradesh, today announced that its students have achieved stellar results in their Grade X board examinations.

 

Kumar Vishwas Singh from VidyaGyan Bulandshahr has scored 100% marks in Grade X CBSE board exams. Hailing from Singera village in Ghazipur district, Kumar’s father works as a teacher and his mother is a homemaker. He aspires to pursue an MBA and help other students like him in the future. Two days back, Ansuiya, a student of humanities from VidyaGyan Bulandshahr emerged as the national topper for CBSE Grade 12 results after achieving 100% marks.

 

A total of 124 students appeared for their board examinations this year at the two VidyaGyan campuses in Bulandshahr and Sitapur and achieved a school average of 94.84% and 93.35%, respectively.

Every year, VidyaGyan handpicks approximately 200 rural toppers from among 250,000 students apply to study at the school from across the 75 districts in UP. These children come from families with an annual income of less than one lac per annum. The Academy focuses on all-round development of the students and invests in several programs in curricular and co-curricular activities for the same.
