GreenCell Mobility Celebrates Pride Month with Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

As part of its initiatives during Pride Month, GreenCell Mobility is pleased to highlight the contributions of its LGBTQIA+ employees, who play integral roles across various departments, such as Coach Captains, Command Centre, Operations, Finance and Administration. These individuals represent the diverse talents that contribute to GreenCell Mobility’s success and reflect its inclusive workplace culture.

GreenCell Mobility ‘s national intercity electric bus brand NueGo has taken several industry first initiatives to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience for all its women guests. These include pink seat, live tracking, dedicated women’s helpline, advanced safety features, and all-women staffed buses resonating positively with women passengers. Throughout Pride Month, GreenCell Mobility has organised several initiatives to promote awareness and inclusivity. These include sensitisation training sessions on Diversity & Inclusion for all employees, partnerships with Tweet Foundation and Dancing Queens—a community of Transgenders—to support their initiatives, inviting guest speakers from the LGBTQIA+ community to share their experiences and insights, and promoting awareness through communication snippets, posters, and displays at offices and depots.
