Helpline for diabetes patients during Ramadan

ALIGARH  : The Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology, JN Medical College and Hospital, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has started a helpline for patients for managing diabetes and providing counseling to diabetic patients, ahead of Ramadan.

Prof. Sheelu Shafiq Siddiqui, Director, Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology said that he along with other faculty members will be available for the assistance during this period on phone numbers 9027502774, 7455041636.

He said that during fasting, it’s crucial for individuals with diabetes to receive proper guidance and support to navigate fasting safely. Through our specialized care and tailored counseling sessions, patients will learn essential strategies to maintain their health during this period.
