Hero Vired Strengthens Leadership team; appoints Satyajit Menon as Head of Human Resources
New Delhi: Hero Vired, India’s premium EdTech company by the Hero Group, has appointed Satyajit Menon to set up and lead its Human Resources division. In line with Hero Vired’s growth strategy, Satyajit will be responsible for building and strengthening the organisation’s people function by constructing a talent framework that is flexible to the needs of today’s dynamic business climate.
Satyajit joins Vired from Innovacer, a leading and recent tech unicorn from India that has been solving the challenges in the US healthcare space since 2013, where he was Vice President – People Operations since November 2017. He is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience across financial services, e-commerce, outsourcing, capital markets, and information technology with leading brands such as GE, Fidelity Worldwide International, Lehman Brothers, and Snapdeal.
He will be tasked with setting the tone for building a high-performance culture where goals and results are made transparent, ‘purpose’ is made clear to the organisation’s talent, engagement models are built to measure employee experience at the highest level and leaders are encouraged to develop Hero Vired’s people’s potential to make them a highly productive and potent workforce.

Satya has a strong track record of building dynamic and agile teams, promoting exciting career opportunities for talent internally, and enabling a highly engaged workforce. His recent accomplishment has been getting Innovacer certified as a Great Place to Work in 2021.
Satya is an aviator (stunt pilot), enjoys writing short stories based on suspense/crime, and is a super fan of the English Premier League and Chelsea Football Club in particular.
