Hindustan Zinc Wins Leadership in HR Excellence at 12th CII National HR Excellence Award

- The company achieved a score in the ‘600+ Band Barrier’ on a rigorous CII Assessment

 

Udaipur : Hindustan Zinc, India’s only and world’s leading integrated zinc-lead-silver producer, has been awarded at the coveted 12th CII National HR Excellence Award 2021-22. The company received the accolade for “Leadership in HR Excellence”, scoring in the 600+ Band Barrier on a rigorous CII Assessment. The award was presented by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), which aims to establish and sustain an environment favourable to India’s growth by partnering with industry, government, and civil society through advisory and consultative processes.

The CII HR Excellence Award is one of the most prominent honours in the HR industry. The HR Excellence Model is based on frameworks used in global excellence assessments as well as contemporary models from around the world. Notably, Hindustan Zinc’s scores and the benchmark scores in three parameters – Leadership, Learning and Development, and Organizational Performance Indicators – were in the same range which was based on a comprehensive evaluation.

The accomplishment reflects the company’s dedication to developing and maintaining an ideal working environment for its employees, associates, and partners. It is also a testament to the company’s superior HR policies and senior management’s drive to accomplish the holistic development and well-being of its employees and stakeholders.
