Hiring platform Apna partners with Feeding India, a Not for Profit by Zomato, to provide over 70 thousand meals to frontline workers

New Delhi: Apna, India’s largest hiring platform dedicated to the frontline workforce, partners with Feeding India to provide hygienic and nutritious meals to this community. The food drive will provide seventy thousand meals in 4 cities to job-seeking daily wagers.

The lockdowns have led to financial difficulties for several workers in the unorganized sectors. All meals disbursed are nutritious and consist of combinations of dal, rice, rotis, and vegetables. Feeding India will lead the distribution with its 100+ channel partners while ensuring complete compliance to COVID-19 norms including, social distancing, and contactless distribution.
