HKU to establish COVID Relief FUND

In view of the pandemic and its impact on the economy, HKU will establish a Relief Fund with a target of HK$10M for the support of students and community members in need. President Xiang Zhang and all five Vice Presidents will take the lead to donate 10% of their salaries for 12 months, and will be encouraging HKU staff and other members to contribute to the cause as well. The University will be announcing further details in due course.
