Honoured Collaboration for Bhartiya Skill Development University with MHRD Central Govt- ESessions for students
Jaipur: School of entrepreneurship skills, BSDU with other IIC’s across India is glad to announce its association with MHRD and AICTE, Govt of India to start e-sessions as e-activities for the students to reduce the differences caused due to inability to attend their regular classes due to national lockdown. Since all Higher Education Institutions are closed as per government direction to practice social distancing, due to which the Institutions of innovation councils are not able to complete their calendar activities.
As a precautionary measure and in compliance to the instructions from Government of India MIC has scheduled to organize 15 e-sessions on various themes of innovation, IPR, Entrepreneurship and startup for the IIC calendar year 2019-2020 to efficiently utilize the time and resources during lock down period,.
With the efforts of MIC, MHRD a very successful model of establishing, streamlining and strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in more than 1800 HEIs campuses is created.
Through a decentralized approach with inbuilt reward mechanisms creates a positive competition among HEIs.
In times of distress the Innovation is the need of the hour and hence we have to keep moving in the direction of sustained Innovation and entrepreneurship, especially when we are a quarter away from completing our IIC calendar.
Therefore, with our 15 e-sessions as e-activities which will begin from 28th April 2020 (Tuesday) shall replace the physical activities of Q3 and Q4. Furthermore, both Q3 and Q4 shall be merged into one. Reports for these e-activities will be submitted on IIC portal. These activities are being organized by IIC-MIC.
Furthermore, enrollment of these e-sessions is completely free of cost without any prior registration and can be accessed from any smart phone, laptops or desktops.
The details of the session could be obtained from the IIC website (https://mic.gov.in/iicwebinar.php) . The session will be live on MHRD’s Innovation Cell YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/mhrdinnovationcell).
Post session , participants can download the PPT and will be required to submit the e-assessment form within 4 working days from the date of conduct of that particular e-session to get an e-participation certificate ( will be issued by end of IIC Calendar Year 2019-20 i.e June 2020).
Faculties, Students and non-teaching staff can join the e-sessions.
All these e-Activities are scheduled as per IIC Calendar or MIC Driven Activities and will be assessed towards Score and Star Allocation to IIC-Institutes.

Prof. Achintya Choudhury, Vice Chancellor, BSDU said, “Keeping in mind the difficulties that the youth is facing with the current situation of lockdown due to COVID19 in our Country we under the guidance of MHRD trying to ensure that they get their best possible knowledge by staying home. As a precautionary measure we are trying to replace the physical activities with the e-activities’’
Prof. Dr. Ravi Goyal, Principal School of Entrepreneurship Skills said, “During such crucial times when we are under a nationwide lockdown (to fight the pandemic) We at BSDU are promoting the e-activities for the students to reduce the differences caused due to inability to attend their regular classes due to national lockdown .’’
