Bhubaneswar: Union Minister DrRPNishank to launch ‘BHAROSA’, an online counselling helpline of Central University of Odisha tomorrow. This will provide mental & psychological assistance to University students of Odisha during COVID19 . Odisha Higher Education Minister Dr. Arun Sahoo will also attend.
