ICDS Assar organises awareness camp at CDPO office

DODA : An awareness camp on Poshan Abhiyaan was organized for supervisors, Health and Nutrition Mobilizers, Anganwadi workers and besides PRI members and locals.

In the function various locally available nutritious foods were displayed, while the participants wre educated about importance of balanced diet, preventive measures to be taken for diarrhoea in children, reduction of anemia, importance of immunization etc.

AWWs and AWHs presented a variety show featuring theme based songs, dance, natak to spread awareness on nutritional diet among masses.

The camp was organised by CDPO Assar, Nasreen Banoo, while Teshildaar Assar was the chief guest.
