IEC campaign on, ‘Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani’ launched in Doda

Demonstration Teams to hold awareness activities at Panchayat level on every Wednesday& Saturday till Dec 31: DC

 

DODA : Information, Education & Communication (IEC) activities on “Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani” – the Land Record Information System Portal, a unique initiative of Government of J&K under Digital India Land Records Modernisation Programme (DILRMP), was formally launched in the Doda district here from DC office complex.

District Development Council, Chairman Dhananter Singh Kotwal launched the campaign in presence of Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Sharma. The DDC Chairman said that the digital platform of revenue records will bring much needed transparency in the system and address the major public grievances pertaining to revenue department.

The DC informed that from today on every Wednesday and Saturday a special camp on Information, Education & Communication (IEC) would be held at designated Tehsil office, Block office, Niabats, Patwar Khanas and Panchayat Ghars till December 31, to educate the public about the digital platform where people can access their land land records with one click.

A detailed power point presentation was given about the services available on the portal. It was informed that any individual can access the land record by clicking on www.landrecords.jk.gov.in from anywhere.

The official launch programme was attended by BDC Chairpersons, DDC members, ADC Doda, ACR Doda, ACD Doda, ACP Doda, DIO Doda, Tehsildar HQ, Tehsildar Doda and media persons of print and electronic media.
