IIM Bodh Gaya Conducted a Faculty Development Programme titled “Nurturing Future Leadership Programme” supported by Ministry of education, Govt of India.

IIM Bodh Gaya conducted a Five-day Residential Faculty Development Programme titled “Nurturing Future Leadership” under the “Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme” Department of Education, Govt. of India.
The Programme, was held from 10th June-14th Jun, 2024. The programme brought together esteemed faculty members from diverse disciplines to delve into the critical aspects of grooming the leaders of tomorrow. The programme saw participation of 30 senior faculty from around 20 Central/ State University, IIMs, IITs and NITs.
The Nurturing Future Leadership Programme (NFLP) was carefully designed to equip faculty members with the necessary skills and competencies to excel in both the current and future leadership roles within Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The programme focused on developing technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills essential for effective leadership in shaping the education landscape for future generations. Dr. Vinita. S. Sahay, Director IIM Bodh Gaya expressed her enthusiasm regarding the programme’s success, stating, “The Residential FDP on “Nurturing Future Leadership” was an enriching experience for all involved. As educators, it is imperative that we equip ourselves with the tools and knowledge to nurture the next generation of leaders. I am confident that the insights gained during this programme will empower faculty members to inspire and guide students and their respective institutions in realizing their full leadership potential.” She further emphasised the institute’s distinguished contribution as one of the premier management institutions in the country.
This programme was conducted to foster better learning environment, enhancing essential skills of the attendees for shaping the upcoming generations and pivoting the academia landscape in the country.
