IIM Kashipur’s Annual Flagship Event Agnitraya 7.0 – Concludes
Kashipur: The seventh edition of Agnitraya, the Annual flagship event of IIM Kashipur culminated on February 14th, 2021 after a three-day-long extravaganza. The fest was organized by the students of IIM Kashipur virtually, which revolved around the theme, ‘Back to the Future’. Since its inception, Agnitraya has seen a tremendous year on year growth and this year it witnessed participation of around 50 colleges across India.
This time 9 cultural events which included Navras, Dance, and Singing competition, and 7 management events from various domains like Marketing, Finance etc. were organized as part of Agnitraya which encountered great participation from students and youth across India putting their best efforts to make a mark of their own in the history books of Agnitraya.
Markaholic 21’ organised by On Your Mark – the Marketing club of IIM Kashipur was enlightened by the presence of alumni of IIM Kashipur, Mr. Gurpreet Marwah, Business Analyst at Gartner and Mr. Rinesh Jain, Marketing manager at Abbot who shared erudite insights about the nitty gritty of the marketing domain. Consulting Knights conducted by Consilium – The Consulting and Strategy club of IIM Kashipur was graced by the elite presence of Dr. K. S. Bhatia, CEO ,and Founder at Pumpkart. The IT & Analytics Club of IIM Kashipur organized the National case study competition in collaboration with Advarisk which had the presence of Priyanka Naik, Product Head at Advarisk who is listed on Women in Finance Power 100. Operatius’21 was conducted by Operations and Supply Chain management club in the presence of Mr. Anand Pathak, Head of Integrated Logistics Packaging at TVS Supply Chain Solutions who is also an alumnus of IIM Kashipur.
Other notable events of the fest include Abhivyakti- an open mic poetry recitation competition where budding poets and storytellers found themselves a platform to tell their poems and stories. Students also exhibited their research and debating skills in the Model United Nations which was also a part of the 3-day event. Star night performances by popular singers, Vani Bhasin and Suneeth Rawat on Day 2 and 3 respectively, enthralled the crowd with their mesmerizing music. After multiple events on Day 3, to rejuvenate the audience, Agnitraya hosted Comedy nights where comedian Rajat Sood made the crowd crack up into endless laughs.
IIM Kashipur witnessed some of the best talents and their creativity in this three-day fest.
