IIM Lucknow Concludes Successful Summer Placement Drive for 2024-2026 Batch
A total of 576 offers secured across PGP and PGP-ABM programs
LUCKNOW: Indian Institute of Management Lucknow completed its summer placement process for the 2024-2026 batch, securing 576 offers for its 40th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) students and the 21st batch of Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students.
This year, the average stipend offered was ₹1.43 lakhs per month, with the median stipend at ₹1.50 lakhs per month. The highest domestic stipend reached ₹3.95 lakhs per month, while international offers topped ₹1.75 lakhs per month—highlighting the institute’s global appeal and the strong demand for its graduates both domestically and internationally.
Commenting on the success of the summer placements, Prof. Priyanka Sharma, Student Affairs and Placement Chairperson, IIM Lucknow, said, “I am proud to announce that despite the challenging economic conditions, our summer placement drive has achieved remarkable success. IIM Lucknow’s diverse 2024-2026 batch includes 234 freshers and 342 students with substantial prior work experience across various sectors. This mix of fresh talent and seasoned professionals helped students secure positions in a wide range of sectors including Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail, and E-Commerce.
Several new recruiters participated in the process, including Arcesium, Barclays, Bank of New York Mellon, eBay, Essar, GMR Group, Navneet, NIIF, Paytm Money, PepsiCo Agro, Saint Gobain, Sprinklr, Tata Consumer Products, Tesco, and Virtusa, offering a mix of domestic and international roles. These first-time recruiters were joined by legacy recruiters such as Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Deloitte, EY, Goldman Sachs, HUL, McKinsey & Company, Procter & Gamble, PwC, and Tata Administrative Services, reaffirming their continued trust in IIM Lucknow’s students.
