A leader is someone who promotes a work culture filled with integrity, ethics, hard work, and empathy. A leader must also provide an umbrella of safety for their employees to develop trust and good relations. Furthermore, he talked about how an organization’s success or failure is based on leadership excellence. He then enlisted the three ways to become a better leader. The first was to expect more from oneself every passing day. Second, he talked about how we must never let success feed our ego or let failures dishearten us. Finally, he expressed the need for people to do something meaningful and impactful with their lives to create a legacy for themselves.

The ceremony concluded with the Vote of Thanks, followed by the National Anthem.

The dignitaries and faculty members then proceeded to the tree plantation activity to mark the auspicious day.
