IIMC invites applications for 17 Assistant Professor positions across multiple campuses
New Delhi y: Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), the nation’s leading media education institution, announces vacancies for 17 assistant professor positions across its campuses in New Delhi, Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir), Amravati (Maharashtra), Aizawl (Mizoram), Kottayam (Kerala), and Dhenkanal (Odisha). Applications are invited from qualified and passionate individuals to join our esteemed faculty.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication with a minimum of 55% marks and should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or its equivalent. Additionally, a minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
These positions are initially on a contractual basis for one year (two semesters), which can be extended based on performance and feedback. Applicants should be under the age of 55 as of the application deadline. Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated CVs and filled application forms to [email protected], specifying the campus(es) they are applying for. Multiple campus applications are permissible, and candidates should indicate their preferences accordingly. Likewise, if applying for more than one position, this should be clearly stated in the application.
