IIT Gandhinagar announces a one-month Squash Coaching Camp for internal as well as external participants

Gandhinagar: With an aim to train young sports enthusiasts in the game of squash, the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) has announced a one-month Squash Coaching Camp from May 23 to June 23, 2022, at the newly built Sports Complex of the Institute. For the first time, the coaching camp and squash courts at the Institute have been made available for the external participants as well.


The one-month-long squash camp will be led by Mr Mukesh Rai, a Squash Racket Federation of India (SRFI) certified coach from Delhi. Anyone aged seven years and above can participate in the camp by registering on https://tinyurl.com/2576wr5y by May 28, 2022. The coaching would be available during any one of these four time slots: 7-8 AM, 8-9 AM, 5-6 PM or 6-7 PM.


Non-IITGN squash enthusiasts can take advantage of this one-month coaching camp for Rs 3,000. The Institute has reserved a few seats for the youngsters from the neighbouring villages so that they can also take benefit of the training. Outstation participants can avail hostel and the mess facilities of the campus as well.
