IMI-New Delhi to organize its first ever seminar for the school principals of Delhi/ NCR on 24th February 2018 at its Delhi campus
New Delhi: International Management Institute (IMI) – New Delhi, one of the leading B-schools of the country, is hosting first-of-its-kind seminar on ‘Education 4.0: Leading Schools & the Future of Learning’ for the school principals of Delhi/NCR. Scheduled to happen on 24th February 2018 at the IMI New Delhi Campus, the agenda of the meeting is to discuss the hurdles faced by the school education system and how they can be resolved.
The workshop will witness a thought-provoking session by Dr. Debashis Chatterjee, Director General, IMI-New Delhi followed by various discussions themed on Sustainable Leadership, Intangible Elements of a School System, Coaching and Mentoring in School and Skill Development of School Staff and Teachers
Commenting on the workshop Dr. Debashis Chatterjee, Director General, IMI-New Delhi, said, “With this workshop, we are trying to highlight the concern of the school education system and different ways to resolve them. The event will focus on the training of staff teacher, leadership in school, how to tackle the situations arising suddenly in the school and how to take forward the career of students”.
Expected to host principals and Head Mistresses of 20-25 reputed schools of Delhi/ NCR, some of the leading schools who have confirmed their esteemed presence includes Maxfort School, Dwarka, Nirmal Bharti School, Tagore International and RICS Noida among others.
With this thought provoking initiative, IMI-New Delhi is also looking forward to organize vision workshops for various schools in Delhi NCR in 2018 for which the institute will seek inputs from the participants. The meeting will help them in designing programs and making them more relevant for schools.
