IMS Ghaziabad Organized Power Packed “IPR Awareness Program”
Ghaziabad: We are pleased to share that under the leadership of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad, the Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the institute organized an “IPR Awareness Program” under the flagship of Kalam Program for Intellectual Property Literacy and Awareness (KAPILA) promoting ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’ in collaboration with AICTE- Ministry of Education Innovation Cell (MIC) for PGDM Batch 2022-24 on July 20, 2022.
The vital session witnessed insightful deliberations by Distinguished Expert Speakers, Mr. Sushil Kumar Agarwal Chairman & Director, AVRO Furniture Ltd & Ms. Ruchi Goel, renowned Motivational Speaker & Life Skills Coach on diverse perspectives of innovation and entrepreneurship. Delivering the Inaugural Address, Dr. Urvashi Makkar inspired the students to inculcate in themselves the ‘Power of Anticipation’ for emerging as winners in their future endeavors.
Highlighting the contributions of Indian philosophies & teachings in generating worldwide acclaimed scientific research, she guided the learners to build upon their knowledge level and avoid the fallacy of superficial awareness. As per her, “The lesser the knowledge, the higher the confidence can be detrimental for an individual”. The expert speaker Ms. Ruchi Goel sensitized the budding managers with spiritual perspectives on entrepreneurship. Sharing numerous examples and anecdotes, she inspired the young minds to “Be learners for life and seeker of knowledge” and to inculcate ‘playfulness’ in their lives in order to amplify their innovative streaks by leaps & bounds. Mr. Sushil Aggarwal ignited the inquisitive minds to work towards achieving their goals in a power packed session replete with engaging activities. Inspiring the interactive audience, he highlighted that “Growth takes patience & persistence, but growth happens”.
