IMS Ghaziabad Organized Special Alumni Session for Pre Placement Preparedness @IMS Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad: In line with its ongoing endeavors to make its budding managers placement ready, IMS Ghaziabad, under the strategic leadership of Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar organized the novel initiative of “Special Alumni Session for Pre Placement Preparedness” for Term III students of PGDM batch 2021-23 on June 4, 2022.

The maiden session under the initiative was delivered by Mr. Sunil Tahiliani, Manager-Tax, KPMG (PGDM Batch 2012-14). Highlighting the relevance of the session to the inquisitive students, Dr. Urvashi Makkar emphasized the fact that IMS Ghaziabad has already kick started the placement preparation of its students in Term III itself, rather than waiting for them to be back from their Summer Internships.

She further added, that the institute expects the same rigor, dedication and agility from the students in terms of their self preparation for the selection process of the numerous A Listed organizations that would be very soon coming to the campus for recruitment drives. Welcoming the distinguished alumnus, she congratulated him for bringing laurels to himself and the institute.

Mr. Sunil Tahiliani, shared his journey from the campus of IMS Ghaziabad to various elite organizations. Explaining the young minds how to crack the different selection rounds of the Big 4, he inspired them to be focussed towards their goals from the very beginning and diligently work towards their realization. Compered by Aakriti Sadana and Archit Goel and coordinated by Dr. Parul Yadav and Mr. Asjad Iqbal, the novel session was instrumental in sensitizing the students with the expectations of the corporate and how to do serious preparations for the upcoming Placement season.
