IMS Noida Organized an Academic Summit 2021 on Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Noida: Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Noida has organized a two-day virtual academic summit 2021. The topic of Entrepreneurship and Innovation was discussed at this summit. On the occasion Rajeev Kumar Gupta President, Shilpi Gupta CMD and Dr. Kulneet Suri, Senior Director from IMS Noida made their presence.

Dr. Kulneet Suri was the Patron and Speaker for the Academic Summit and stressed on sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship.

The key spokespersons were NEFD and NBFF Founder and Chairman Prof. (Dr.) Ganesan Ramaswamy, UK education consultant Katherin Boxall, Dr. Sumit Narula, Editor-in-Chief of SCOPUS, Dr. Kanchan Patil, Director, Symbiosis Center for Information Technology, Senior Lecturer of University for Creative Arts, Laura Holme, Amity Institute of Behavior and Allied Science Professor Dr. Komal Verma, Elvin Turner, Associate Professor LATAM Business School United Kingdom, Dr. Pooja Sehgal, Head of Department PGDM and MIB Department IMS Noida along with 97 teachers and students from all over India.

 

While addressing the students, Katherine Boxall said that new technologies are constantly being used over time. In future, the humans will walk along with technology. She said that there is a lot of potential in the field of entrepreneurship due to new use in technology.

 

While discussing entrepreneurship and innovation, Dr. Kulneet Suri, Senior Director of IMS, Noida said that it is mandatory to discuss a positive attitude to develop entrepreneurship and innovation. Innovation has to be prioritized to maintain the continuity of any entrepreneurship.

 

Further added, that success or failure depends on your thinking. To be a successful entrepreneur, you have to think for yourself. Nothing can help you to think. She also added, your success depends on the context in which you want to work, with whom you want to work and what is your responsibility towards your work.

 

On the other hand Financial analyst Yogendra Shah said that without capital you cannot start new startups and entrepreneurship. He added that you can take the help of angel funding to start a startup. There are investors in the market who invest funds on your creative and innovative ideas.
