The need of the hour is for professionals to take stock of their career and upskill themselves.”

Michele Sereno, Head Human Resources, VakilSearch said, “We are constantly looking to evolve the technology space at VakilSearch to line with our mission “Legal is now Simple”, it was indeed exciting to be part of an event that specifically focused on professionals who have upskilled in MI & AI. According to a report by Great Learning, close to 97,000 positions related to analytics and data science are currently vacant due to dearth of qualified talent, an increase of 45 % over 2018. At the same time, the threat of job losses has been looming large over professionals in sectors like IT, Telecom and Auto with these industries redefining their focus on requisite skills.
