Independence Day arrangements discussed at Bhaderwah

Bhaderwah: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Rakesh Kumar today discussed arrangements for the celebration of Independence Day 2020, here at a meeting.
Detailed discussions were held on the arrangements for seating arrangement, security, traffic regulation, drinking water and power supply, sanitation, first-aid and deployment of fire-tenders etc.
The ADC informed that the main function would be held in the premises of New Bus Stand, where the Chief Guest would unfurl the National flag at 8:55 AM.
It was also decided that the day shall start with playing of Shenai Vadan by Information Department Bhaderwah.
The ADC directed the officers of PHE, PWD, PDD, Health and Police to make adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the National festival. Municipal committee Bhadarwah was asked to maintain cleanliness in the town as well as at the venue.
The meeting was attended by ASP, Tehsildar, XEN PWD, BMO, AEE PHE, AEE PDD, AEE I&FC Division, ZEPO and others.
