India Post Payments Bank, Udhampur conducted a Financial Literacy Camp (FLC) in collaboration with NABARD at Rajgarh

Udhampur: India Post Payments Bank, Udhampur today conducted a Financial Literacy Camp (FLC) in collaboration with NABARD here at Post Office Rajgarh in village Bhartund of Block Rajgarh to promote the cause of Financial Literacy in rural areas of the district Ramban.

During the camp, participants were invited to open Sukanya account of their daughters for financial security which would help them in their education and career building.

The camp was organized under the supervision of SDI Batote Sub-Division, Surinder Sharma in coordination with district administration.

The Resource Persons sensitized and motivated the people for digital banking and postal services like Aeps, Sukanya Account, PPF, RD Accounts, Merchant Banking and Bill payments through IPPB Mobile App.

The IPPB is utilizing its nationwide network of more than 1.36 lakh access points in Post Offices and over 1.90 Postmen and Gramin Dak Sevaks equipped with smart phones and biometric devices to provide Doorstep Banking Services.

Branch Manager, Amit Sharma, and Assistant Manager Rakesh Singh Katal addressed the gathering about the benefits of Digital Banking, Cashless Banking and motivated the public to make cashless banking a part of their life.
