Indu Chib assumes office as DC Udhampur

Udhampur: Indu Kanwal Chib today assumed the office as new Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.

After assuming the charge, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with officers and officials of District Administration .

The officers presented a brief profile and overview of the main schemes of the district. She expressed satisfaction over the progress on different schemes and appreciated the innovative works done by the district administration under the leadership of Dr Piyush Singla during his tenure . She praised the Jeevika project and emphasized to take forward this agriculture convergence model and other best practices of the district .

Further, she impressed upon the district/sectoral officers to adopt a coordinated approach to achieve the goals set for development in line with Government’s focused areas.
