Bengaluru: Established in 2010, Indus School of Leadership (ISL) is one of India’s premier leadership training institutes. The leadership development philosophy is based on acquiring the ability to lead oneself first then others. Consequently, the focus of training is to enhance self-awareness through experiential learning. Established in the year 2010 at Yellagiri, Tamil Nadu and re-located on a 10-acre campus at Kanakpura. At ISL learning is conducted through various activities such as High, mid and low rope courses, Leadership reaction course, Leadership disposition course, Pistol shooting, Paintball, Archery, Mountain biking, Rappelling, Treks and a nature trail, Life skills training, to name a few.

ISL prides at having the best of minds as trainers who are professionally trained and qualified. All the facilitators are Certified Paramedics and are the first in Asia to be certified by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), USA and Project Adventure (PA) USA. Many of our trainers are from the Indian Defense Forces.
Our niche’ Leadership development programmes are customized in house by experts trained and certified by ACCT, Project Adventure, ABNLP and ICF, pioneers in experiential learning and coaching. These programmes are custom designed as per the training need analysis. The effectiveness of the leadership development programmes are evaluated through the Kirkpatrick’s four level assessment tool. ISL has a proven track record of conducting outward bound programmes in challenging yet safe environment. The stringent pre and post-activity safety checks makes our programmes 100 percent safe. Facilities include, accommodation, dining hall, discussion rooms with plug and play, and parking to mention a few.
