Industry experts lay stress upon the growing opportunities in the field of Cloud Computing, Data Science & Engineering during Confluence 2017at Amity University

Noida: The two day Technical Conference aimed at providing a platform for Industry, Researchers and Academia for sharing advancements in Research and Development in upcoming areas of Cloud System and Big Data Engineering.
More than 500 participants participated in the Confluence including 40 International Delegates, 39 Scientists and Researchers from 20 countries including USA, UK, Australia, Germany, Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands, Scotland, Philippines, Singapore, Russia, Malaysia, South Africa, Ireland, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, Sweden, Greece, UAE and many more.
Confluence – 2017 received 539 research papers from more than 30 countries, out of which 149 manuscripts were selected.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Prof Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh said that Confluence 2017 has been a platform where the minds from various spheres met and deliberated upon the development of Cloud Computing, Data Science and Engineering. She mentioned that the future technologists must have imbibed immense knowledge from the distinguished speakers which will aid in mapping their career path.
Sharing his views, Prof.(Dr.) S.N Singh, Professor, IIT Kanpur said that  the development of nation depends upon the skills and training of professionals, hence, knowledge exposure of budding professionals as per industry requirement is important.

In his acceptance speech, Mr.Vibhu Mahajan, Chief Operating Officer, Choko La expressed his gratitude for bestowing the honor upon him. He lauded the brilliant young minds of Amity and advised them to utilize the most out of the deliberations of such conferences to enhance their knowledge and professional skills.
During his acceptance speech, Mr. Rahul Mittra, CEO, Wave Cinemas said that it is important to have choices in professional life. He stressed that leaders on their journey to success inspire others as well to become leaders. He encouraged students to follow the career path of their choice rather than the imposed one.
