Infosys and AICTE Sign MoU For Digital and Life-Skills Development, Springboard Program Aligned With National Education Policy

New Delhi:  The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has collaborated with Infosys Limited after signing MoU for Digital and Life-skills development through the Infosys Springboard program powered by Infosys’ NextGen learning platform.
Thirumala Arohi, Sr. Vice President, Education, Training & Assessments, Infosys, said, “Infosys Springboard caters digital and life-skills for the students from class VI to lifelong learners. Devised free through Infosys CSR commitment to empower over 10 million people with digital skills by 2025, it offers a holistic series of courses, nurtured in coordination with top-notch digital educators like Coursera and Harvard Business. It is completely in sync with India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This flagship intervention has been crafted to empower individuals and amplify their potential, at scale.”
Through this, AICTE recognition and accreditation, educational institutions can avail benefit from free access to 12,300+ courses, virtual labs of digital technologies and life skills on Infosys Springboard program.
Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe’s, Chairman, AICTE, said, “Infosys has curated learning streams with certifications for students to uplift and focus on new age roles for improving employability. AICTE in collaboration with Infosys will promote industry-institution interactions for quality education, internship and faculty development program in alignment with NEP 2020.”
