INKER Robotics to organize a free 3-day workshop on Robotics for students and faculty
New Delhi: Inker Robotics, a leading robotics company in India, has announced that it will be organizing a 3-day Free Workshop on Industrial Automation between January 13, 14, and 15 at their premise at Thrissur. The workshop is done in association with Mumbai-based Absolute Motion – a leader in Industrial Automation. The session will be taken by Mr, Alister D’silva and a team of experts who have extensive experience in Industrial Automation. Mr. Prakash G.S, Joint Director, MSME & Fr. John Paliakkara, Executive Director of Christ College of Engineering will inaugurate the sessions on 13th and 14th respectively.
The 4-hours session for 24 participants comprising students & faculties each day would offer the participants hands-on training and Opportunity to learn from Industry Experts. It will train them on the automation in the production and packaging lines in various industries in the manufacturing, automobile, restaurant chains, and other industries, making them ready for future job opportunities. It will also enable the faculty members of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, electronics, and mechatronics to upgrade their knowledge on the new-age robotics and assist them to impart the knowledge with other students. Interested students and faculty members can register for free at http://bit.ly/inekriaw.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the sessions are limited to overall 72 participants over three days through advanced registrations/confirmation. While sharing the details of the workshop, Mr.Amith Raman, COO said, “Automation is currently a $168 Billion industry with an immense growth opportunity. In the coming years, India is expected to contribute significantly in the areas like IoT, Robotics, Machine Learning, AI, and Motion Engineering. With these workshops, Inker is aiming to strengthen the ecosystem and skilled labour for the industry. Since Robotics and automation need physical training to equip the workforce with hands-on experience hence we are focusing on the practical sessions on hi-end robotics equipment which are generally not accessible to the students and faculties.”
As part of the continuous efforts to create and build an ecosystem, Inker Robotics, a robotic technology-based start-up has been successfully organizing similar workshops like ‘Hello Robots’ session for school students across the country since July 2020 with a purpose to create awareness on Robotics among students and enable them to be FUTURE READY.
This commitment and team effort helped Inker create the BEST ROBO LAB Set Up in India. Testimony to that effort was when Inker Robotics was awarded the Best ROBO LAB SET UP in INDIA in 2019 at an event held at IIT DELHI by the All India Council for Robotics and Automation (AICRA).
