Institute of Clinical Research India (ICRI) and Sardar Bhagwan Singh University, Dehradun join hands to promote Clinical Research and Healthcare programmes

New Delhi : Institute of Clinical Research India (ICRI) and Sardar Bhagwan Singh University (SBSU), Dehradun signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in Clinical Research and Healthcare. The collaboration aims to provide the following specialised courses to students:

BSc Clinical Research and Healthcare

MSc Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance

MBA Healthcare & Hospital Management

“Our partnership with Sardar Bhagwan Singh University is another step towards our vision to prepare job-ready professionals in the field of Clinical Research and Healthcare Management,” said Pankaj Karnwal, Business Head, ICRI.

The world has seen the worst due to the lack of improved healthcare facilities and the shortage of healthcare workers. COVID-19 has proven to be the catalyst that instigated the need to improve healthcare services and clinical trials. Global efforts are being made to provide better services and this has led to a significant rise in demand of healthcare professionals. ICRI and SBS University will work together to bridge this gap between the industry and academia by preparing job-ready professionals in areas like Clinical Research and Healthcare.

 

The specialized programmes offered by ICRI in collaboration with SBS University will give an edge to students in terms of curriculum, practical exposure and placements. ICRI-SBS University will follow a blended learning approach in its curriculum to achieve excellence in education.
