Inter zonal District level Archery competition held at Kishtwar

KISHTWAR : An Archery competition of boys & girls was today held here at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar.

The competition was conducted for two different age categories and 2 different bow categories under the supervision of Arshad Amin- the convener of the event.

The individual championship u/17 girls and boys went to Quret-ul-aain from zone Kishtwar and Nirajan Singh from zone Padder, while Mahak Parihar bagged Ist grade in U/19 girls individual and Himanshu Thakur in U 19 Boys, both from Kishtwar zone .

The Chief Guest, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Kharati Lal Sharma praised sports employees for making foolproof arrangements for the event. Others present were Bharati Sharavat, Shahnawaz Qazi, Tazeem Rashid Bhut, Vijay Kumar,Ayaz Ahmed,Vishal Bandari, Anil Kumar and Sundeep kumar.
