Interactive session conducted on Easy Way to Entrepreneurship

 

ALIGARH  : The Frank and Debbie Islam Entrepreneurship Incubation Centre, Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University organized an interactive session on “Easy Way to Entrepreneurship” with Dr Mohammad Zubair Ahmad, CEO, Integration Facilitation Services, Bareilly.

The session provided insight on how to become successful entrepreneurs in an exponentially expanding start-up ecosystem, shaped by strategic initiatives undertaken by the Government of India in the recent past. Helping young people develop entrepreneurial skills and educating them regarding innovative ways of doing business were the key objectives of the session.

Dr Mohammad Zubair Ahmad delivered an insightful lecture on the ‘Easy Way to Entrepreneurship’ and engaged students and res[ponded to their queries. Students from various departmental committees attended the event and participated enthusiastically in the question and answer session.

Prof. Parvaiz Talib, Faculty In-charge, Entrepreneurship Committee, highlighted the key takeaways of the session ad said Entrepreneurship is an act of belief, and beliefs guide the behaviour and behaviours build the foundation of the business.

Ayesha Shamsi, a first-year MBA student, delivered the welcome address, while Mohammad Maaz Husain, Incubation Manager, discussed the theme of the session. He stated that entrepreneurship is neither a science, nor an art, but a practice. Quoting Dr Frank Islam, he said: “Entrepreneurship is all about the ‘Three I-s’ – Idea, Innovation and Implementation”.
