International conference to begin on January 28

ALIGARH : The three-day 45th International Conference of Environmental Mutagen Society of India organized by the Department of Zoology, Aligarh Muslim University on “Environmental Mutagenesis and Toxicogenomics Human Health Perspectives” will begin on January 28.

Prof Mukhtar A Khan (Chairman of the department) informed that the AMU Vice Chancellor will preside over the inaugural session of the conference.

“Prof Helga Stopper (University Wurzburg, Germany) will be the chief guest while Prof Siegfried Knasmueller (Centre for Cancer Research, Wien, Austria) will grace as the guest of honour”, he added.

The conference will conclude on January 30.
