Introductory Course on Research Methodology and Biostatistics

 

Aligarh : Senior and junior resident doctors and research scholars of the Faculty of Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) can hone their skills in development and application of biostatistical methods to a wide range of topics in an online workshop on ‘Introductory Course on Research Methodology and Biostatistics’ of the Medical Educational Unit (MEU) scheduled on June 18 and 19 from 8: 30 am to 5 pm.

Interested candidates can register on the link, https://iasdcs.com/ for participation and no spot registrations will be accepted, stated a MEU notice.

The two-day workshop will feature deliberations by Dr R J Yadav (National Institute of Biologicals, Ministry of Health and Welfare), Dr Shubham Pandey (Deputy Director, Institute of Applied Statistics, Kanpur) and Prof Najmul Huda (Former faculty member at the KGMC, Lucknow and former Head, Orthopedics and Additional Dean Academics TMMC & RC, Moradabad).

AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Tariq Mansoor is the Chief Patron and Prof Rakesh Bharagava (Dean, Faculty of Medicine) and Prof Shahid A Siddiqui (Principal, J N Medical College) are the patrons of the programme. Prof Seema Hakim (Co-ordinator, MEU) and Prof Syed Manazir Ali (Co-ordinator, MEU) are the respective Organising President and Organising Secretary.
