Ira Trivedi joins IceWarp for Yoga Sessions for its Clients and Employees

Mumbai : As a responsible organization, IceWarp, a global leader in developing business email and collaboration solutions, arranged a Yoga Session through a Webinar for its clients and employees. In the session, the audience learned how even small yoga practices can be easily incorporated into daily routine in order to stay fit both mentally and physically.

COVID19  has pushed the workout and fitness practices as a necessary part, as people are deep into technologies and working for long hours has added stress to daily lives. To harness all prevalent fitness practices, a dedicated wellness culture like Yoga is needed and that can prove to be of immense value and help. Being mindful, IceWarp organized a special online yoga session on 25th June 2021 encouraging its customers and internal stakeholders to perceive the power of lifestyle practices like Yoga.

Commenting on the same, Pramod Sharda, CEO, IceWarp India & Middle East said, “We are glad to announce that our attempt to promote mindfulness and mental composure was a successful drive. To be a part of the fitness journey, we joined hands with Ira Trivedi, a certified Yoga Acharya to open the doors of peace and rejuvenation with a Yoga Session. We understand that fitness has to be a continuous effort in a workplace and hence we aim to build beyond business activities for the wellness of our people through our interesting and fun-filled fitness drive. ”

Attending the session, Mr. KRC Murty, Senior Vice President – Head of RTB (Information Technology) at Kotak Mahindra Bank shared his views saying, “It was an incredibly wonderful experience. My mind, body and soul were completely renewed with vigor and excitement in this session. I look forward to doing a lot of yoga more often. Thanks to Ira Trivedi & team IceWarp for arranging this.”

Supporting Mr. Murty, CFO with a leading IT organization said “The Yoga session was really good and even it includes practices that can be done by just sitting in your seat. It covered the problem of maximum people who sit for long hours to avoid back pain.”
