IRCS-J&K in collaboration with CRPF-Srinagar Sector organizes Blood donation Camps

 

Srinagar: Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu & Kashmir (IRCS-J&K) in collaboration with CRPF-Srinagar Sector organised blood donation camps at four locations around Srinagar City.

The main event was inaugurated by Kifayat Hussain Rizvi, General Secretary, IRCS-J&K in presence of D.S. Maan, DIG (South), CRPF, Srinagar Sector at 25 BN of CRPF-Srinagar Sector.

While interacting with the CRPF Personnel, Kifayat Hussain Rizvi appreciated the efforts of the CRPF to mitigate the human sufferings and generously donating blood in the service of humanity.

Blood donation camps were also held at 161 BN of CRPF, 49 BN of CRPF and 35 BN of CRPF. 126 blood pints have been donated by the CRPF Personnel in these camps which was received by Blood Banks of Govt. Hospitals.

Kifayat Hussain Rizvi and D.S. Maan lauded the role of blood banks of Associated Hospitals of GMC Srinagar and SKIMS MC&H, Bemina and thanked officers and staff of these banks for their selfless service and support.
