ISM (AYUSH) continues distribution of immunity boosters across Kishtwar

Kishtwar: Continuing its efforts to increase the immunity of the frontline workers who are working day and night in the fight against COVID19 pandemic and as per protocol issued by the Ministry of AYUSH Government of India and following the directions of District Magistrate Kishtwar, Rajinder Singh Tara and Director Indian System of Medicine (ISM) J&K, Jammu various ISM Doctors/Pharmacists posted at their respective ISM centres across the district Kishtwar distributed immunity boosters across the district.
The designated doctors and the health workers of ISM Kishtwar continued distribution of the Immunity Booster AYUSH Medicines at dispensaries, police posts, offices and banks of various places like Sangrambhata, Machail, Gulab Garh, Hurna area, Hullar, Sounder, Sigdi, Batkoot, Ishtiyari, Kukarwas, Keshwan,Nagbhatna, palmar ,Drabshalla and Thakrai, Bhadaat, Balagran , Sounder and Chhatroo etc under the overall supervision of Nodal officer ISM Kishtwar Dr. Tariq Hussain.
These medicines were distributed free of cost among the frontline workers including the police jawans, medical and paramedical staff, Anganwari workers, ASHA workers, various other administrative officials and persons under observation in quarantine centres.
Furthermore, the recipients were also educated about the dosage to be taken of these immunity boosters.
Pertinent to mention here that till date a total of 8747 beneficiaries have been supplied with the immunity booster AYUSH medicines throughout the district Kishtwar.
