JAIN Online’s learner community space, ENGAGE, successfully completes one year
Bengaluru : JAIN Online, the e-learning arm of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), is proud to announce the successful completion of one year of ENGAGE, its innovative learner community space. Launched in July 2022, ENGAGE has flourished into a dynamic platform that fosters personal and professional growth for learners through insightful sessions, webinars, and interactive events featuring industry experts and influencers.
ENGAGE revolves around four key pillars: engage, upskill, inspire, and reward, designed to empower learners worldwide. The platform’s engaging contests and campaigns energize learners, while its connections with entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry professionals encourage their overall development and growth. ENGAGE’s core mission is to motivate and reward learners by sharing real-life success stories and experiences.
To commemorate the significant milestone of ENGAGE’s first anniversary, a virtual celebration was organized, attracting JAIN Online learners from across the globe. Participants were greeted with a special video showcasing ENGAGE’s remarkable journey and its profound impact on their learning experiences. The festivities commenced with an exhilarating South Indian Mashup, setting the stage for a lively and entertaining celebration.
During the event, learners engaged in interactive discussions, sharing their experiences, challenges, and achievements while using the ENGAGE platform. The sense of belonging among attendees was nurtured, fostering a vibrant community spirit.
To further engage participants, various games and dance programs were organized, offering them a chance to showcase their creativity and talents. Exciting announcements about upcoming events, workshops, and initiatives were also made, ensuring learners stay informed and enthralled.
Highlighting the success of ENGAGE, Dr Raj Singh, Vice Chancellor – JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) said, “We are thrilled to see how ENGAGE has evolved and positively impacted the learning journey of our learners. There was also an announcement on a webinar titled – “The Cognitive Advantage, upgrading your brain to compete with AI at work”, which will be held on ENGAGE on July 19. This webinar will start at 7 p.m. and will be hosted by Samyak Chakrabarty, Founder of Workverse, a company that trains learners in 21st-century soft skills to ensure their employability.
During the webinar, Samyak Chakrabarty will discuss the importance of the brain in the age of AI as well as the importance of using the brain at the workplace instead of AI-enabled tools. Additionally, he will offer some advice that will be useful in vanquishing the use of AI and eventually involving brains.
