Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad organises medical camp in Kannavani village
Ghaziabad: Jaipuria Institute of Management (JIM), Ghaziabad – the flagship institute of The Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions has always considered the vision of helping others an important aspect its foundation. Thus, continuing its commitment of contributing to the society, the management institute organised a specialized medical camp for villagers at Kannavani village, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The objective of the camp was to provide proper health check-up to the villagers. The camp was organized under the aegis of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Education Society with support from a team of doctors from reputed hospitals. A number of MBA students and the institute staff were present to assist the doctors and help the villagers in each way possible. The institute also provided free medicines and medical facilities to the villagers. The students volunteered in conducting various activities during the camp like patient’s registrations, medical examinations and medicine distribution.
Speaking about the initiative, Dr. Daviender Narang – Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management said, “Villages are devoid of professional medical assistance and Jaipuria Institute of Management takes pride in organising this medical camp to benefit the villagers. We are thankful to the doctors, institute staff and students for their continued support in conducting this successful activity. We will continue to organise such camps and spread health awareness in more villages.”
