Jammu and Kashmir: DIET Doda, Pratham collaborate to organize Quiz and Seminar under Janbhagidari campaign

DODA : In a collaborative effort of DIET Doda and Pratham, a quiz competition and seminar were organized today here under the Janbhagidari initiative.

Guided by the vision of the Prime Minister of India, the events aimed to encourage active participation of the people and serve as a central focus of India’s G20 Presidency. The event was held under the directions of SAMAGRA SHIKSHA, J&K, with the objective of promoting and endorsing the theme of “Ensuring Foundation Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) especially in the context of blended learning.”

The series of Janbhagidari activities and programs are scheduled to take place from the 1st to the 15th of June 2023 in all educational institutions of District Doda. Numerous engaging activities such as skits, cultural programs, school readiness melas, mothers’ workshops, rallies, quiz competitions, yoga and sports, community meetings, and exhibitions of teaching-learning materials, models, and toys are planned to be conducted in schools. These activities will revolve around different themes including FLN, NIPUN Bharat, G-20, and NEP 2020. The implementation of these events will follow the guidelines provided by SAMAGRA, J&K at the school and zonal levels.

During the event, Principal of DIET Doda, Mrs. Sandhra Malhotra, briefed the participants on the roadmap ahead and provided guidance on how to successfully complete the activities related to the designated themes during the period from 1st to 15th June 2023. The events will be conducted in accordance with the instructions issued by the relevant authorities at the school and zonal levels.
