JD Planning tours remote Chandaji village in Bandipora

Bandipora : Continuing with tour of remote areas for focused intervention, Joint Director Planning Bandipora Imtiyaz Ahmad on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora today conducted an extensive tour of Chandaji area of Bandipora district.

While interacting with the people at Chandaji village Ahmad said that the interdepartmental issues of PMGSY and PDD have been settled on spot that will pave way for speedy development of road, which is lifeline for the development of Chandaji village.

While inspecting the road he expressed the need to realign the electric network and conveyed Ex. Engineer PDD to do the needful. The visiting team expressed satisfaction over the completion of Health Sub Centre which has been completed by providing gap funding under tribal sub plan.

The compensation issue of Health Sub centre has been entrusted to Revenue/ Health Departments to be settled on priority. They also visited School building and interacted with teachers and students.

A repair of the school building was also demanded which has been entrusted to Deputy CEO Bandipora for resolution. The people of the area including Paris expressed satisfaction over the detailed tour by the district officers that was promised by the Deputy Commissioner during Block Diwas.

The JD during the visit was accompanied by Ex. Engineers of PMGSY, PDD Bandipora, R&B, Dy CEO Bandipora, BMO Bandipora, Range Officer Forest, NT Bandipora including PRI functionaries.
