Jetkingto flag off Careerlympics across India
Mumbai: In a unique move, Jetking announces India’s first-ever national championship to make students career-ready. Careerlympics 2017 promises to be fun, engaging, rewarding and a learning experience for each one who participates. The event commences on 11th of September and will be concluding on 17th September. Students will pre-register, complete daily challenges for 5 days and qualify to compete at a national level and stand a chance to win a bike, iPhone, a trip to Goa and scholarships. With almost 100 centres across the country, Jetking is expecting over 25,000 students to participate in the nation-wide contest.
Elaborating on the announcement of this grand competition, AvinashBharwani, Vice President – New Business, Jetking says, “Jetking has always encouraged talent and focused on crafting careers of individuals. Through this national championship, we aim to amplify the participant’s talent by enhancing their personality, boosting their confidence, furnish students with the right knowledge about their respective fields. We are looking forward to this enlightening championship and urge maximum students to participate in the same.”
Careerlympics will be a national level open-for-all event bifurcated in three rounds, namely, Chak De Challenge, JeetBanegi Jetking Se, and the National Finale. After pre-registering, each participant needs to pass the first round of interesting skill based challenges to qualify for the next round which is testing the individual’s personal skills and abilities through a series of mock interviews and aptitude tests.
Starting on September 11, Chak De Challenge is a five-day game wherein a daily challenge will be shared on the official Facebook page which participants in groups of three will have to accomplish and post pictures or videos of the same. Post that, those who have completed the tasks will be visiting their nearest Jetking centre on September 16-17 where individual students will be assessed through a panel interview in which they have to describe their 5 day challenge, followed by a Q&A round and an aptitude test thereafter.
A winner will be chosen from each centre and they all will then be gunning for a national raceplayed on social media. The centres will put the details of winners on the official Jetking FB page and 3 students who get the maximum likes will be declared as the National Winners.
This event aims to enable young masses to showcase their talent and encourage them in their respective fields. Eligibility criterion for participation is 12thpass and registrations begin on 6th September.
