Jiangxi Province Recruitment Team Engages with Nanjing University Students
On October 9, Jiang Xiaobin, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Jiangxi Provincial Health Commission, and his delegation visited our school to carry out publicity work for the recruitment of students introduced and trained in Jiangxi Province. Lu Xiancai, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the school, met with the publicity team and held discussions.
Before the lecture, Lu Xiancai met with the lecture group. On behalf of Nanjing University, Lu Xiancai extended a warm welcome to Jiang Xiaobin and his delegation, and expressed heartfelt gratitude to Jiangxi Province for its long-term care and support for Nanjing University. He reviewed the deep friendship between Nanjing University and Jiangxi Province over the years, and introduced the history, achievements and development of Nanjing University. He said that Nanjing University will continue to deepen its talent cooperation with Jiangxi Province and provide more outstanding young talents for Jiangxi Province’s student training team.
Jiang Xiaobin expressed his gratitude to Nanjing University for its warm reception and support for Jiangxi Province’s recruitment of students. He said that Nanjing University, as one of the most famous universities in China, has a profound cultural heritage and a strong academic atmosphere. He hopes to carry out exchanges and cooperation at different levels with Nanjing University in the fields of education, academics, and scientific research in the future, and establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship.
Subsequently, the 2025 Jiangxi Province Training Student Recruitment Promotion Activity – Nanjing University Special Session was held in Zijin Hall of the International Conference Center of Nanjing University Xianlin Campus. The promotion meeting was hosted by Jiang Xiaobin, and Liu Hui, Director of the Student Employment Guidance Center, Long Guoying, President of Jiangxi Flight Academy and Nanjing University alumnus, and leaders of relevant employers in Jiangxi Province attended the meeting. More than 100 students from various colleges attended the meeting.
Jiang Xiaobin first reviewed the friendly meeting with Lu Xiancai before the lecture, praised Long Guoying, an alumnus of our school working in Jiangxi, for his contribution to the urban planning of Nanchang, and traced the origins of Nanjing University and Jiangxi. From Li Ruiqing, who took “chewing vegetables and doing great things” as the school motto during the Liangjiang Normal School period, to Luo Jialun, who proposed “honesty, simplicity and majesty” during the National Central University period, to Wu Youxun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, these former presidents of Nanjing University have a close relationship with Jiangxi. He concluded that the fate of Nanjing University and Jiangxi is long-standing, and hoped that more young talents from Nanjing University would choose Jiangxi and build Jiangxi, expressing the sincerity of Jiangxi Province for this recruitment activity. Jiang Xiaobin then played a promotional video of Jiangxi Province and introduced the relevant policies of Jiangxi Province on attracting and training students to the students.
Li Zengming, Party Secretary of Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Duan Lihua, Party Committee Member and Director of Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital, and Xu Yongwen, Deputy Director of Personnel Department of Jiangxi Agricultural University, took the stage in turn to introduce the specific situation of their employers from the aspects of historical background, comprehensive strength, and salary guarantee. Relevant colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, large state-owned enterprises and other employers in Jiangxi Province held recruitment activities at the event site, and the students present actively participated in the event, creating a warm atmosphere.
