Jindal Naturecure Institute Goes Virtual: Naturopathy advice through Webinars; Virtual Yoga Sessions to Help People Stay Healthy

Bengaluru: India’s leading Naturopathy hospital Jindal Naturecure Institute is launching a series of virtual initiatives including advising patients through webinars and virtual yoga sessions. These initiatives will enable people to access naturopathy healthcare advice remotely and maintain social distancing even after the lockdown has been lifted.

The Institute’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Babina N M will share her thoughts on ‘Natural ways to boost the immune system and how to prevent infectious diseases naturally’ in the first of such webinars. The session will be followed by free advice on health concerns under the prevailing situation. The webinar will be held on May 28th at 10 am while its registrations will start from May 23rd onwards. Interested participants are required to submit an online form with basic details and health advice they are looking for. More details are available on the Institute’s Facebook page. Similarly, Jindal Naturecure Institute is also resuming its much-awaited online yoga sessions.

“The pandemic and the social distancing requirements have resulted in restricted availability of doctors. Patients with existing diseases such as heart disease, diabetes or hypertension, therefore need help in better management of their conditions. In these unprecedented times, it becomes essential for patients to manage co-morbidities by following healthy lifestyles infused with yoga and naturopathy. Our initiatives to offer virtual talks through webinars and virtual yoga sessions are aimed at helping such people adopt naturopathy practices in their daily lives. Yoga not only offers flexibility when it comes to indoor exercise options but also helps improve the immune system. Even as governments gradually lift the lockdown restrictions, these initiatives are making people accustomed to a virtual medium of healthcare services as it is now the new normal,” said Dr. Babina N M, Chief Medical Officer, Jindal Naturecure Institute.

People can take part in the free virtual yoga sessions every day at 8 am till May 31st by visiting the Institute’s Facebook page. The sessions have been restarted on popular demand after the first of such series was received well by people.
