JK Business School Final Placement 2021: Records Highest package of ₹24 LPA despite Pandemic

Delhi NCR: JK Business School (JKBS), a leading Industry anchored Business School in India, recorded a massive placement record for PGDM Batch of 2021. Altogether 82 firms participated in the final placement process, with the highest package rise to ₹24 lakh per annum. Whereas average and median salaries increased to 5.05 Lakhs and 3.83 Lakhs per annum respectively. EY, Berger Paints, Flipkart, Transport Corporation of India, Decathlon, Ameriprise Financial, Future Supply Chain, Unison International, BYJUs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Pristyncare, and Vedantu are some of the top recruiters that participated in the placement drive this year.
Not only this, 19 students have been placed in the big 4 companies this time with 16 students hired by EY. Though the season saw active participation from companies across domains, consulting Firms took the biggest share. Banking, Logistics, FMCG, Recruitment Firm, Retail, IT, Healthcare are some other sectors where students are placed. With the world moving closer towards the new normal, the recruitment saw active participation from eCommerce, Edtech, and major software firms.
The PGDM program at JKBS prepares students for a rewarding career ahead. The two years course focuses on subjects like Finance, Marketing, Human resources, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing & Analytics, Logistics, and Global Business. Apart from this, the course encompasses soft and hard modules like Placement Preparatory Program Communicative English, Outbound Team Building Program, Industry Interaction, Personality, and Soft Skills Development, Corporate Etiquettes, Entrepreneurship, Financial Planning for Young Investors, ERP / SAP Module, Six Sigma Certification, Project Management Skills, Digital Marketing.

The PGDM program of JK Business School (JKBS) is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The program spread over two years, with a summer internship of two months in between the two years. The program focuses majorly on working on real-time projects with industry professionals to give students firsthand experience of real-world scenarios and polish their tech-savviness.
