J&K IMPARD Jammu hosts interaction session for JKAS probationers with B R Sharma

 

JAMMU : J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, Jammu organised an interaction session by B.R. Sharma, Chairman J&K Public Service Commission for JKAS probationers of 2019 batch who are undergoing Evaluatory Phase of their one week off line training programme at IMPARD, Jammu.

During the interaction with JKAS probationers, B. R. Sharma talked about various challenges and issues in administration and dwelt at length about the recruitment and selection process of J&K Public Service Commission. He exhorted officer trainees to work with zeal and dedication in whatever capacity they serve in the administration.

In an open discussion with the officer trainees he replied to various queries pertaining to RTI, Ensuring Transparency, Role of PSC, Public dealing, Changing Role of JKAS officers and Citizen Centric Governance.

Professor Reva Sharma, Director Training, J&K IMPARD, Jammu formally welcomed the Chief Guest and also interacted with the OT’s during deliberations.

Priyanka Bhat, Joint Director, J&K IMPARD, Dr. Neena Bhalla and Dr. Ruchi Gupta, Course Coordinators were also present during the interaction session.
